Born in Fort Collins, Tobin's current role as Executive Director is heavily informed by his prior playing days. The retired defender had to wear two hats; collectively organizing players across various locker rooms and also then trying to win on the pitch. Now, as Director, the line is not as blurred and Tobin's primary objective is to finding and maintaining a fair balance between the league and it's players to ensure sustainability for the years to come.
