Denver Summit FC played on the road to the Seattle Reign over the weekend; a scoreless draw on the road. This is Denver's second 0-0 game in a row. Despite the lack of goalscoring, they currently find themselves in 9th place after five games.

Through five games, Janine Sonis' 0.41 G+ above average is the best on the squad with ~120 minutes less than the rest of the starters. Kaleigh Kurtz and Natasha Flint are the only two players left to have played every minute so far though questions have risen regarding the latter who's only on loan through March; it is now April.

The Summit's next game is April 25th at Dick's Sporting Goods Park against San Diego Wave FC.
Colorado Springs Switchbacks played at home over the weekend and clawed back a late goal to secure a point against Lexington SC. Before heading in to this one, their back-to-back losses against New Mexico United and Orange County SC both featured a late conceded goal in what would otherwise have been two strong road points.

The Switchbacks remain unbeaten at home and have picked up two U.S. Open Cup wins at home though they did require extra time to beat Spokane Velocity – a USL League One side. There's a lot to like about the squad though some questions could still surmount regarding their recent form.

The Switchbacks' next game is April 14th at Weidner Field against Sporting Kansas City in the US Open Cup.
Finally, the Colorado Rapids played on the road to Toronto FC in what was a chaotic 3-2 loss featuring three red cards. This rollercoaster of a match could have been a smoother one for the young team who's handle on the game completely fell off once they went down to nine men.
This game will be one to forget for Zack Steffen who's questionable goalkeeping on Colorado's first conceded goal and his absolute brain fart on Keegan Rosenberry's back pass was the reason for the collapse. The red cards didn't help (which now leaves the Rapids with only one natural full back for their next match) but you'd expect more from your million dollar earning goalkeeper in that instance.
The Rapids' next match is April 11th at Dick's Sporting Goods Park against Houston Dynamo.
